  • They really need a better system. Wait was at least a half hour and they took our order in line. By the time we got to the window to pay our drinks had been sitting there and were totally melted. Guy tried to tell me that's how they are. When I disagreed because I have these drinks often he offered to remake them and when my husband's drink came back it was basically a block of ice he couldn't get through the straw. Wound up getting a refund we hope shows up and wasted a ton of time.
