  • Seriously this airline is a joke! I understand that they cut corners in order to offer "cheaper" airfare, but at the end of the day it's not that much cheaper than most airlines. The leg room is the absolute minimal space required by law. I'm exceptionally short and I was still very uncomfortable. The "seats", or beach chairs as they seemed, don't move back not even an inch! So if you have back problems I highly recommended you go with a better airline. The crew that works for Spirit is the worst I have seen. They really do not care about customer service, they are more like sales people . I get it's a cheap airline, but it seriously should come with disclaimers!
