Was having back issues after a martial arts incident so I wanted to get it checked out. I came here as soon as they opened cause I woke up from my pain. When I walked in the front desk was very nice and pleasant. DD helped me out with signing in she was a very sweet lady. When I go back the woman taking my vitals was professional but after that I was a little surprised... I am an EMT and Physical therapy technician so maybe I expected something else. When the physician came into the room he dismissed me by constantly rolling his eyes and shrugging his shoulders. Not listening to me he walked out of the room mid conversation saying do you want an x ray or not then came back in because I wanted to actually tell him what happened besides tossing me out as quick as possible. The woman writing me my doctors note was also rude cut me off mid sentence, handed me my note and didn't tell me how to exit the facility so I found it. Seems like she was more interested in her gossip then actual patient care. The front of the house was great which is why I gave them two stars but dealing with physicians like that is a huge pet peeve and I will never return to this fact.
3 months later I returned because I had to get a dr note for work and this was the closest place and it opens the earliest. This time around it was a great experience... the front desk was great like last time and I had a different physician that not only addressed my complaints VERY well but also took some time to explain things to me. Great guy and he changed my outlook on the facility. 4 stars
