When it comes to my health, I'm a loyal customer. I make it a rule to stick with my healthcare practitioners until they retire, but it was high time that I needed a new dentist. His work was good but his hours didn't mesh with mine nor was his location. I put the word out to my friends and one of them referred me to Queen Street Dental Care.
The clinic is very big and clean, and they cover all of the basics regarding preventative dental care. They have convenient hours and they're located right on the subway line so if I ever move or change employer, they're easily accessible.
My dentist is Dr. Cheryl Greene who came in for a few minutes, checked my teeth out, and gave me her stamp of approval. But it was my hygienist who did the prep work and cleaning, and with whom I spent more time talking to and getting to know. It makes me think that I should book my future appointments with the hygienist instead of the dentist and save a few dollars.
But it was my first visit and so relationships have to be built over time. My overall impression was good and found everyone to be friendly. Plus their location and hours are what makes them so attractive for me and one of the main reasons why I'll return in the future.
