rev:text	This is a true story. Some of the reviews don't surprise me at all. I had the worst experience with one of the drivers. I saw the cabs lining up in front of the Jewish General Hospital and I told the first driver that my destination is very close, but since I have achy feet I need a cab. He said he cannot take me to my destination, because it will not be worth it for him. He said he would charge me $10 (almost double the amount that it really costs with Atlantis taxi).So I exit the cab to try the next one. The second driver from Diamond tells me that it's against the law for him to take me as a customer, since the car in front of him has to go first. So, I get all confused and decide to walk towards my destination despite being in pain. Almost 20 seconds after, the second driver who refused me apparently receives a call from another customer and he honks at me and tells me that I can get on the cab since my place is on his way. So I get in. He doesn't bother turning on his GPS and goes the wrong direction. I realize that we're in the wrong street and so I tell him right away. In the middle of all this, my phone decides to die and I have no idea how to give him directions. I tell him that as a driver it's his responsibility to know directions or to use GPS! He gets angry at me and tells me to leave the car! I tell him that I can't walk since my feet hurt. He tells me that his other customer is waiting and that I have to get another cab. He stops the car and yells at me to exit! As I'm getting out of the car he uses profane words with his thick Eastern European accent. I didn't get a chance to take a pic of the driver or his plate cause he zooms off as soon as I get out. Nothing like this has ever happened to me anywhere in the world! This is an example of a terrible customer service!
