I long for the days when this was Broadstone Sixteen 75. When the office staff knew you by name, were pleasant (miss you Margaret!) and knew the fundamentals of customer service. When the hallways and sidewalks were spotless and smelled like knew (granted they were but now the place stinks, literally). I went to the office 4 times for a solution about sap dripping from a tree onto my car. With the exception of Jaime, the other women in there treat you like you're a nuisance and you're inconveniancing them simply by breathing.
****I realized today this review I attempted didn't post but that's how I felt when I lived there 7/1/2016-07/1/2017, hopefully it's changes since.
