  • i've been to many ross stores all over the usa, and this ross has the rudest, meanest, unprofessional staff members ever. they all have a stick up their axx. if you don't like your job then quit. i was in the chechout line and the cashier was arguing with a customer, and then yelled at the next customer. everyones jaw just dropped. what i find annoying was that there were only 2 cashiers and both sooo slow at their job, while there were about 50 people in line. even the lady in the dressing room has a bad attitute. there were also immature comments and giggling over the itercom. i was appaled at how bad managent and staff were. very embrassing place to work at.
