  • I spent a week at Caesars Palace attending training and a convention so i had plenty of opportunities to dine at many different restaurants within the property. Beijing Noodle No. 9 was good, I dined there twice. There is a lot of variety on the menu, some of the items i had to ask about. While the food was good, service was very inconsistent. The restaurant is stunning to look at. It's very relaxing and beautiful.
