  • We decided to try Home Depot out on some windows and doors. Took in a set of prints that state exactly what we need. They order French doors with a fixed door and only one active. We ordered 10 Windows for new construction and their unqualified tech gives us retro for Windows that go into an existing frame. Completely unusable. There is nothing in our form that states these are retrofit Windows. We speak to the gm about this and he says this is what you ordered. Next they show up over 2 months late.Stay away from these idiots. Home Depot you just lost 5000-10000 a month, due to salesman who don't understand what they are punching in to the computers. 13 out of 13 items ordered wrong by the salesman behind the computer.
