| - If I could put a negative or no star at all, I would. I went to this post office because I received some tickets on Monday for an event that occurred Saturday, 2 days prior. The tickets were purchased online & shipped Tuesday, shipped priority, should've been here Friday. I went in to speak to the woman whom I thought worked the priority mail desk on the left. Turns out she's out working the long A$$ line asking what people were here for ( like that's gonna speed the process up!!) I go get in the line she's attending to & she goes off & does something else, ignoring me the whole time. When I finally got to speak to her, she proved to be exactly what I thought she was, incompetent, worthless & untrainable. So I asked to speak to a supervisor, I waited 15 minutes (on top of the 5 I already waited to speak to the first bimbo) before one came out. I was greeted with "what do you need" from this mid/upper 50's black woman. I knew right then that this wasn't going to be any better then my last experience. She didn't want to help & was unconcerned that my $100 tickets were late, she asked me over & over if they were delivered & I told her over & over yes they were delivered 3 days late! She attempted to berate & belittle me in front of a lobby full of people I told her she sucked as a representative of the post office & she has no supervisory skills & shouldn't be in the position she is in. I'm sure the only way she got it was affirmative action!! I was in the military for 20 years, I supervised hundreds of people & managed multi million dollar equipment & buildings, yes I think I know what I'm talking about & I never treated anyone that way, EVER!! She is a atypical liberal democrat POS that is unfortunately what's leading this nation down a road of sh!+. All I wanted was the insurance for my tickets being late, but NWA acted like it was coming out of her pocket & flat out said NO. Whatever happened to the days of customer service & helping others out? I will drive many miles out of my way so I never have to go back to this place!! Don't pay for insurance on priority mail. They won't pay unless it's lost & I'm sure you'll have to jump through hoops to prove it!!
