Heck of a time finding this place but worth the confusion. I got two small plates and a house margarita during happy hour. The blue crab empanadas and the queso dip + chips were truly filling and delicious. I will be back during my next visit in Phoenix.
The lighting is dim, so if you struggle to see in dimmed lighting, use your phone to help read the menu. I saw another couple do that but I felt the lighting was just enough. Also don't expect overly friendly staff; not a knock or suggesting anyone was rude. My fiance and I both felt our server was just about doing the job sans any effort on rapport or charisma. Better than lousy service or slow service granted, but it'd be nice to feel like he was into having us as guests.
