  • This beauty supply store is very pricey and big for no reason. They have all these shelves they are always half empty. The prices under the products are usually non existent or scratched off so they can make up there prices as they go. Ive literally been buying the same products for 3 years and everytime its a different price. The employees are rude and racist. Its sad that mostly black people frequent the store and they are treates like shit. Ive seen first hand how they talk and act to people of color. I came in to return an item to get a bigger size. I notified the lady immediately as i came in ,gave her my bag while i went to get the corect size. I waites on a long line while she had an argument with some lady over hair weave. When i finally got to the counter,she scanned my item. It read a different price than the tag. I double checked to make sure it was the right product and size. I told her nevermind ill just get a refund because it was less than 10 min since i bought it. I walked out the store,looked at my receipt and walked back in. She told me she doesnt know what im talking about,i gave her the item to hold until i finshed my purchase. She told me i was a liar and wouldnt give me my product back. I gave her the receipt..she called 3 girls iver as if i was lying. When i asked for the manager so he could rewind the tape,their attitudes immediately changed!...they gave me my refund and i have bever been back there. Ive shouldve stop going to this place 3 years ago but being lazy and its right down the block from smith's kept me coming. Women of color stop patronizing a place that uses you for money but disrespect and act as if youre beneath them
