Two words... The worst. The worst service I've ever received. I am able to over look the lack of professionalism and debatable book keeping as long as you can give me the product and service as advertised.
On my first visit we discussed and new tire and a price. Upon returning the wrong tired were on my vehicle. When I asked them about it they told me that the brand was the same and the tire I wanted was more expensive. They offered me the tire we discussed, and hand written on the receipt for an additional $200. I asked them to put the old tires back on and I'll go somewhere else.
When the old tires were put back on I noticed they slipped the last one on quickly with out letting me know that it was not my original tire. I asked what happened and they told that they had to cut the old one, but not to worry this one tire is new.
After getting the tires I wanted online I decide to let Tire Max instal them. Another mistake. Before leaving I notice that there was no caps on the air stems. Then while driving home I hear a rattle in my trunk. It was the nut they had stripped that they did not tell me about. They had thrown it in the trunk. FYI this will cause you to fail your inspection. Then as soon as I get on the highway the vehicle begins to shake. They didn't balance any of the tires.
When I returned to get the balance fixed they told me my tires were too large to balance, and I would need special equipment. The tires are 235/17 which is pretty standard. I was told not to worry because the problem will fix itself when I rotate them in 5000 miles. They also let me know that if I do go somewhere else to have my tires balanced it won't cost much because I only need to balance the front tires. After doing my research and checking with the tire shop next door I found these to be false claims. I paid extra money to have another company fix their mistake.
Just to summarize.... The Worst.
