  • What ever you do... DO NOT bring your vehicle to this dealership for service. I had a simple burning oil issue and since they "replaced" some piston valves under warranty, my truck now loses power without explanation. The dealership blatantly told me it's not their problem, even though I didn't have the issue prior to them touching my vehicle. Additionally, they spliced up my wire harness, didn't hook up my battery, didn't bracket on my front end, and left off some motor mounts. TERRIBLE job. The worst part is, the director of service, Russ, straight told me when they do warranty work, they don't look at ANYTHING else.... so even if they see a horrible issue, they won't tell you because they want to push it through on warranty and pocket the money. In other words... their money is more important than the job they do. I WILL NEVER go back to this dealership. If you want to avoid problems, I recommend you avoid them as well. If not for anything else, their TERRIBLE customer service is enough to keep me away.
