  • Today was my first visit since they had remodeled. It has been more than 20 years since I have had a experience as awful as this! Let me begin by saying that $23.62 was a little steep for a matinee. We then head to the concession area. There were 2 people ahead of us, yet it took over 15 minutes to get to the register. We spent $27 for 2 large sodas, a tub of popcorn, and a box of red vines. They now have the soda dispensers in the lobby, I think 5 in total. It would have been nice to have each soda machine stocked with the sodas that were offered, since the lines for the machines were pretty long. After finally finding what I wanted to drink, I buttered my popcorn and headed to my theater. It was after I sat down and took a drink, that I realized that the syrup was almost out and it tasted horrible. It was time for a trip back to the lobby, since I needed to get new popcorn because mine was burned. Once I got those two issues resolved, I sat back to watch my movie. The movie was fantastic, yet the constant rumbling sounds from the theater next door made it very distracting. Once my movie was done, I head to the lobby to leave, and it's filled with acrid smoke from burning popcorn! It's just a bad experience at every turn. There were no signs of any type of supervisor or manager and most of the employees I saw were not even old enough to drink, much less be really interested in the quality of work they were providing. Not a place I will choose to spend my money at, ever again.
