  • I am a new member to this gym - signed up online just the other night. Recieved my confirmation email stating I was all set, and that once I went in to the gym I would be able to get my keycard, a tshirt, and a tour. The online UI is very easy to navigate and I like the fact that you can earn points to get Planet Fitness swag. Here's where the 1 star comes into play. Gym was a little busy upfront, but Joseph (I think) did a pretty good job handling the front by himself. I've worked front of a gym before, and it can be overwhelming during rush ans by yourself. He had a great, friendly attitude. Everything went south once we aslwd for our tour. We were told by both him and some other girl (didn't get her name, and I wish I did because her demeanor was awful) that we would get a tour once they slowed down up front. I completely understood and waited. Then I waited some more and some more while the girl just stood around doing nothing. As a first time customer, you would think that you would get great service, but sadly that just doesn't happen here. I'm very disappointed in this gym, the service, and now that I am stuck with a membership for a year. I know that I will not come back to this location and will travel to another location to workout and hope for better. It's pretty pathetic that I as a NEW member do not even want to step foot back into this gym for my inital workout.
