rev:text	My parents recommended this company as they have been satisfied with the service. However, when I called to book a car for me and 3 cats to the airport, they wanted to charge me $6 PER cat on top of the $45 fare for no reason (no special care, special help, anything). When I asked why there would be an additional $18 fee, I was told "that's just the way it is." Um, no thanks. Booked Co-op instead who doesn't care that you have pets.
