My husband and I scheduled a move with this company for our move from our house to an apartment and a storage unit. We exchanged numerous emails, had an in person estimate completed, and our credit card was pre-authorized in preparation for this move weeks in advance. The day of our move, the movers did not show up as scheduled. After calling the company, we came to find out that they canceled our move while trying to cancel a different client's move. (They said a client with a similar last name made it confusing). They managed to get 4 movers to our house 5 hours later. Despite having the 4th person to expedite our move, it took LONGER than originally estimated, which makes no sense to me. Our move took 2 days and our belongings were left on their moving truck overnight in an unsecured lot because it was too late in the day to move things into storage. They were late arriving to the storage unit the next day knowing we were on a strict schedule as we were closing on our house that morning. They dropped our washer several feet off of the moving truck. At the end of the day they wanted to compensate us a mere $100 on our $1430 move. We are very dissatisfied with this company and their lack of attempt to rectify the situation to our satisfaction for this huge inconvenience.
