This company, sears outlets online has the most horrendous customer service. We attempted to purchase a dishwasher yesterday. The way it works is you chose your store and pick out your item. A confirmation email arrives and you wait for a call back for delivery. An email of cancelation arrives if the item is purchased by another customer before you put in for the item. You provide payment through your sears online account. If you attempt to purchase another item hoping this one is going to be yours your account is charged again for that item. After contacting an incompetent customer service representative she will tell you that it's 7 to ten business day refund time frame for an item that you have not purchased. The funds in your checking account are unavailable to you as well because sears outlet has charged for the purchase that was canceled by sears outlets. The customer service line for corporate is a number that plays a never ending automated recording of spam with a human never coming to the line and suddenly terminating the call. We will never use this company again. We purchased a refrigerator back in April with no problems only because we snagged it first. This company's policy of charging for an item that is not purchased is criminal.
