  • Let me tell you about this dentist and his office! No one ever likes going to the dentist but this was the best visit I've ever had in my life! I've had root canals before but I always think oh I'm out of pain now and completely forget about the crown. Well I had to have a root canal and an extraction on a previous root canal that broke because I waited too long for the crown. Dr Ernst was so kind and compassionate. His assistant Jean covered me with a big fuzzy blanket just out of kindness. I've never had dental work with out laughing gas. Dr Ernst told me what was happening and what I'd feel and coached me every step of the way! He's even put up with my grumbling about a misunderstanding that wasn't even his fault! He's got to be an angel. Im difficult I know I am. But he has been so considerate and patient with me. And his office is state of the art. No more shoving that big metal tube with the hard paper film that cuts into your soft tissue in your mouth anymore! You just bite down on this tiny surf board looking thing and this machine turns around your head and gets the picture all at once. Then he shows you your whole mouth and shows you different views until you understand what he's saying. And the needle? You know we all hate the needle but he's got it down pat! I didn't feel a thing. And I had an extraction, my very first one. This doctor is so in tune with the latest and greatest but affordable. He's got his payments set up so that you can't forget the crown or try and do without. Why? You'll lose your tooth that you tried to save in the first place! And with his dental saver plan you not only save money on the spot you save down the road as well with free cleanings and X-rays and other procedures. Nice job pleasant plains dentistry! We will see you again for sure! Oh and thank you for changing the channel on the overhead tv to the golden girls that I was watching when you walked in. It's the smallest things that mean so much. Oh and I forgot to tell you, his assistant gave me a jaw massage because they were sore from being opened so wide. How incredible!!! I'll never fear the dentist again.
