  • Customer Service is not their strong suit. Waiting in line to talk to someone about purchasing a computer. Asked if we could get some help and were told we would have to wait. A smile with that comment would have been appreciated. They need to cross train some employees. If my husband hadn't been told to come here to pick out a computer for work, we would be out the door to Costco where they care! I updated my stars from a 1 to a 2 because once someone was available we had great customer service from a knowledgable rep named Nathan.
