My husband and I received 3 free nights at this Hilton on The Strip because of a mistake Hilton made on another one of our reservations (we did have to listen to one of those sales pitches which I'll touch on later). The property is very nice, well maintained and the staff is super friendly. The pool area had a tropical feel with lots of palm trees and waterfalls into the pool. There is a bar/grill right by the pool for convenient food and drinks. We were here Memorial Day weekend so the pool tended to get pretty crowded but we were always able to find chairs.
We had a 1 bedroom suite which was more than enough room for the 2 of us. We had a kitchen, living area, bedroom with a big tub and bathroom. Very nice!!
On to the dreaded sales pitch! We got lucky and our main sales guy was Jason who was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He accepted our no but we did have to go through 2 other people to get out of the deal. The "manager" was very cheesy and would have never won our business even if we planned on buying. The last guy, who was supposedly customer service to "close us out", also tried to sell us a different version of the package. Still a no. I will say- Hilton offers a pretty compelling deal but leaves a lot of questions unanswered so if you're thinking of buying do your homework and ask questions!
This place is great if you aren't coming for a bachelorette party or looking to drink sun up to sun down. It's more of a casual family vibe. There's no casino and just a lobby bar. It's a good distance from the main part of strip so you'll need to use taxi's to get around. It was perfect for the type of vacation we wanted!
