  • I had an absolutely terrible experience with these folks. They misdiagnosed the source of vision issues in one of my eyes. They multiple times provided me with an incorrect prescription. They very wrongly suggested contact use. They produced scratched glasses twice, that proved not to fit me at all. And, in the end they gave me weeks of run around to receive a refund. I ultimately reported them to Cigna/VSP insurance, had my benefits restored, and took my business elsewhere. I highly recommend not using these folks. Instead please go to the fine folks at Tempe Eyecare Associates.
