  • Worst service I have ever experienced. Every time I would call with a question the number is outsourced to a place in India to people who don't speak enough English. Tried to pick my vehicle up and after giving them a credit card with the persons name who booked the car they turned us away because I don't personally have a credit card in my name. Worst company and will NEVER deal with them again. Enterprise is more expensive but you don't have to deal with people who are idiots. Ruined my Labor Day vacation.
