  • Update: one of the nail techs left a bubble under my nail which I had pointed out a couple of times over the months (2 fills), once the bubble started to turn yellow, I went to get it fixed and get a fill. The ladies proceeded to argue with me that it was not nail fungus and that the yellowing was a result of food. Needless to say, once the gel nail was removed, my nail smelled like a fungal infection. They fixed it, but did not take accountability for the error, I had a punch card with a free service, which they took for the fill. I would have expected as a result of the issue that they would have given it to me for free. I won't be back after going loyally for over a year. Amazing gel nails, very clean, they have an autoclave right there to clean their tools. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I was not impressed with the pedicure that I received. The polish was sloppy, it peeled off within days, my feet were still rough. I had to clean it up once I got home. My girlfriends on the other hand had a good experience, so I think it was just the technician. I will definitely be back.
