  • Great customer care service. Pat and Al are not only technical experts, but also wonderful people who know how to take care of their customers. We had issues fixing some of my brake-related problems resulting in multiple trips to the store, but they were patient with the issue. Some aspects of the problem could not be fixed and so they replaced the parts for free. I'd definitely recommend this location if brake masters.
