rev:text	Just like most people seem to say here, the rmt massage is actually decent - the professionals know what they're doing (my deep tissue involved trigger point and passive muscle activation). But! My lady was not able to get into my tight neck/shoulder muscles. I own a massage clinic and my rmt is wayyyy better at getting into my neck. There left something to be desired. With the prices they charged (45mins massage $110), I expected a sensational steam experience which they advertise as their main selling feature. I did not particularly enjoy it with water droplets intermittently dripping from the ceiling and flashing colouful lights that just made it seem so tacky. It was also coed, which could be uncomfortable for some as no dress code is really enforced (when asked about what i should wear in there as i brought a swimsuit, the lady nonchalantly said theres a wrap in your locker..). The hallway was so dim it seemed dirty. I did enjoy the cold minty towels and did wonder about the turkish suites, however I dont think I would come back just on that account. I didn't enjoy the music throughout - I thought it eerie and the whole experience before the massage didn't relax me. The space at the entry is a bit awkward for spacing and there is too much product being advertised - it felt like I was in a store. The cleaning staff must be a bit disorganized because there were water cups left on a table in the reception and the bench where you sit to fill forms was dirty with crumbs of something scattered about.
