So I have been a pristine customer for a few years now. I have got some great deals over the years and still seek and buy and give them my business. I trust the memorabilia they sell, JSA/PSA/Beckett, player holograms etc. I would not tell anyone to not use them to purchase memorabilia but I think now that they have grown, they need to grow their customer service dept as well. Response time is not good and preparing and shipping out products can definitely improve. If i Purchase something, I do not want to wait 2 weeks to get the item , if your going to charge a high percentage and shipping prices then get the product out! Maybe start a VIP/ business program or something. Start thinking outside of the box to improve your business. I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future.
