I gave this an average rating because it is difficult to find (within a strip mall). seating is cozy considering other parties who may also be there. Our sampling included 11wines of which we preferred 3. All the others were too sweet or too spicy. Our tasting lasted around an hour and there were three other parties. If a cheese platter was available we were not informed of this and no one else had any refreshments. Customer service was ok, the nice man came by to pour our different selections but by no means do I feel as if I received wine education or even a glass of water. our option was to select one wine for bottling.
As far as actually making wine, we basically poured clay and yeast into a bucket of juice and stirred it with a drill. This took one maybe two minutes. Bottling is not done on the same day. We go back for that in eight weeks and were given instructions on how to make our label online.
I gave this a four because our coupon was for $74 which included a tasting for four, and eight bottles of wine ( tax and gratuity not included).
