  • My experience with this business was awesome so it's disappointing to see so so reviews. I had two laptops stop working within a week and brought them into the store - one had been dropped and wouldn't recognized the hard drive and the other simply wouldn't power on. I received the diagnostic results the same day. The first needed a new hard drive, which was totally expected, and the second required only a power flush. The new hard drive wasn't in stock, requiring 3-5 days for repair. I received a call TWO days later notifying me that the laptops were ready for pickup. The new hard was reasonably priced, and I wasn't charged for the power flush. While I was there, I overheard the service rep explain to another customer the pros and cons of repairing his iPad. No bullshit sales push - facts and figures only. That in itself was refreshing. I'd definitely recommend uBreakiFix. Travis was incredibly helpful and doesn't engage in questionable sales gimmicks.
