  • I think this business should remove the word gourmet from its sign as the entire selection of pastries and donuts tastes like store bought grocery items. These are not sophisticated homemade artisanal baking items. The baked goods do not taste like real ingredients such as butter and cream are used in preparation. They use oils and non dairy whipped topping instead of butter and whipping cream. Jams in bars are not home made. Place smells of bad fried oils. Food tastes of bad fried oils. Dough is lacking flake for pastry and doughnuts inferior. Over sweet white sugar junk. Disappointing - it appears they want to charge premium prices for professional baking when they use low quality ingredients
