This was not the first vehicle I purchased from Berge Ford - so trust me and know that if you have previously had a good experience you are not immune from their poor treatment in the future. Repeat patronage doesn't seem to hold any value to the Sales Management team of Dave Kohler and Craig Ginsberg.
Once the ink is dry on your "deal" they move on and any promises made are not high on their priority list. Please make sure you get everything in writing, even if you feel it is something small like a tank of gas or car wash - all the way up to a repair or second key for your vehicle. I have been burned twice now and I am kicking myself.
The sales management team doesn't keep their word, they are focused on the next person to walk through the door and once your check is cashed they won't make time to do what they said they would do for you. I waited two hours to speak with the sales management team, and they said they would be "right with me". I left and texted them - they said "sorry but there were four deals they were working and I'd have to make an appointment". They didn't even have 5 minutes, the potential customers were more important then one who had purchased four vehicles.
They asked me to bring vehicle in and when I did, I was so low on the priority list that two hours passed while I sat and waited. Apparently, my time holds no value - just like their word.
Do not accept the vehicle until all promises have been fulfilled. Do not trust them to follow through once you sign on the dotted line.
