  • BEWARE! Use this as a cautionary tale. I went to this shop to have 2 dents repaired. The left rear corner had a ding and the right front fender had a crease where a ladder in my garage fell on it. I got an estimate from the manager (he may also be the owner). $150 for each dent. I brought it back a couple of days later and just decided to have the rear fixed since he said the front would only look a little better if they did it. The good news was they did a decent job on the rear dent. The bad news was they apparently ran into something and damaged my front bumper. I arrived back at the shop early and watched out the lobby window as one of the workers backed my car into a spot after the "repair" and watched as he furiously buffed and rubbed my bumper which i thought odd since i wasn't having anything done to it. I thought maybe they attempted to fix the front side. Then he pulled it back into the spot with the front pointed in. Hmmm. After looking at the repair to the rear and paying (i know, i should have inspected the ENTIRE car first, but i have integrity and assumed they did too) i thought I'd take a look at the front. Low and behold damage. When i asked the repairman about it, he hemmed and hawded and said bring it back and they would take care of it. I said i wanted to talk to the manager to verify this so i wouldn't show up and no one knows what im talking about. Long story short, the same manager who gave me the initial estimate claimed it was like that when i brought it in. Funny he didnt include it in the initial estimate. I would honestly recommend you go elsewhere. I disputed the charge on my card and contacted the BBB, but if you absolutely have to use them, do a walk around and have them note any addition damage on the vehicle on paper before you give them your car so you dont get burned too. I understand mistakes happen, they happen at my job, but i own them and make it right. That wasnt the case here.
