  • They don't deserve a 1 star! I just came from there where the woman cut me so close to the skin as she tried cutting off my previous acrylic, and I was bleeding. She was rude and all she said was to put glue to stop the bleeding! When I displayed pain and I complained why she cut so closely, she said "what you wanna do, put the glue or sit here complaining?" I wanted to wait for a minute because it hurt and I was bleeding and I wanted to alcohol it since I'm type 1 diabetic and didn't want an infection. We left and called for the owner of manager, they refused to give the owner's name and put someone on the phone who first pretended to be a manager. On Monday we're calling the BBB and the Health Dept. I went to another salon for advice and they said she should have looked underneath the nail to see how far in she could cut, but she didn't. Now I have to bandage my finger so the nail doesn't move, and wait to get my nails done.
