My sister-in-law had called and had on hold two bottles of butter scotch flavoring. It was at customer service. Upon entering the AJ, I did not find a customer service desk. No sign that I could see.
So I went to cashier but she had 6 people in line, so I tried the dessert counters. Lady behind counter said it up front. so I went back up from and the same cashier still had a line, then I see a lady go and set down at the desk up from.
When I ask if she was customer service, she says no, its that lady pointing to a group of people at the cashier area. That was little help.
So after a deep breath, I explained that I was there to pick up something on hold. I saw two bottles setting on the window sill. It had my sister-in-law name on it so I was able to take and did not have to wait for that lady to come back.
Now I had to go to the cashier that had now has two people in line.
Should not be that hard?
