  • I come to this location out of convenience rather than preference - solely because of one employee. The mid 30s bartender with shoulder length blonde hair is so appallingly rude to not only the other employees, but also to the people that come here to eat & drink. The bad temperament and lack of respect she has for everyone is baffling. For this reason, its not likely that I will come back to this location. It doesn't matter if you sit at a table or the bar, ask her one thing and she will act so inconvenienced to the point where her responses are always blatantly condescending. On numerous occasions I have asked her about menu/bar items or even assistance as she's walked by and have been left with nothing but a horrible interaction. It's only until she remembers I am a business owner within the area that she changes her attitude towards me. I have talked to management before about this but apparently nothing has changed. Again, the convenience is due to proximity for meetings and living close by, but preference would be Filmore or Uptown locations. Stars are for the other incredibly hardworking, helpful and fun employees.
