Went in to get a full set and pedicure for my mom. When we walked in we asked if they had time to do both tasks and we got a "Yes" response. Never having been here I was expecting more than what we got especially for what we paid.
The place is beautifully decorated and most of the staff is friendly. They had new pedicure spa chairs which led me to believe this was going to be a great experience. Boy was I wrong!
My mom was promptly seated in the pedi chair and her feet were put in to soak and I was called to sit down to start my full set. After I sat down I waiting for the nail tech to get back; I had been waiting at the station for about 10 minutes. When she came back she let me know she had to eat. Ok, fine. We get started and she went along to ask the usual questions; how I wanted my nails, what colors, shape, etc. Towards the middle of me getting a full set I look up to my mom and she's got a look of sheer disappointment on her face. That's when I notice that she's still soaking and no one is attending to her pedicure!
My mom gets so frustrated that she puts her shoes back on and leaves the salon. My full set is finally finished; the lines and nail itself are so uneven but at this point I'm not going to attempt to ask the tech to fix them. I get up and my mom is back in the chair and someone is just now getting to her pedicure!
After all is said and done we walk out with a mediocre full set and a horrid pedicure! My moms foot split open at the heel and is now bleeding due to these techs leaving her to soak for nearly 2 hours in water with no one attending to her.
One of the techs spent the entirety of the 3 1/2 hours chatting with her client. Which was absurd! If they spent as much time and dedication to doing a good job on their clients as they did talking to them, I'm sure we would have had a better outcome.
Needless to say we ended up paying $50 for a plain black/pink French full set and $30 for a busted pedicure with normal polish. Total time loss was about 3 1/2 hours. I will not be returning here!
