  • UPDATE: no reply on me giving my notice. No common courtesy obviously. All the sudden now paying an amenity fee. Even though I'm still supposed to be honoring my "old lease" in which I never paid that before. Funny how it only is honored when it's to their advantage. & my November rent check got lost, I handed it in to the office IN PERSON. But I received an email right now that I never paid it. Thank God for copies of cashiers checks. Nightmare The new management has been awesome - much friendlier office staff since they switched owners. But truly I don't really see much being better? Our rent since they got bought out went up $150!!! For what? They're carpeted units, all over including bathrooms. No upgrades in kitchen. Old over head fans. Everything is completely out dated. All the sprinklers do is flood the entire lawn area. "2 cars per unit on property" is obviously BS because the parking lots are constantly FILLED. We never even got a move in inspection either. My until now runs for $982......... When it's $1000 to live in North Scottsdale in a completely brand new apartment. I say spend the extra $50-$100 to move somewhere with something to offer. This is not what it's worth at all.
