  • The reason for the low rating is the food. My kids love the play area! We have been here three times since the place opened under new ownership (once on our own and then 2 times as birthday guests). The play area is mostly the same with the addition of a bungee-trampoline. Food: Terrible! Much worse than it used to be. I overheard a lot of people in the cafe complaining about the food being disgusting. I saw the people at the table next to us order an entire pizza and not even finish two of the slices because it was so disgusting. The kids love this place for the play area, so I would consider having their birthday parties here, but the pizza is just too gross and you are not allowed to bring in outside food. Play area: Good for older kids, but annoying with little kids that you cannot see where your kids are or what they are doing. You might end up having to climb around inside all day after your little one. Bungee trampoline: Very annoying because the kids want to go on it, but the wait can be over 1 hour during busy periods. This probably is a gold mine for the owners at $5 per ride.
