  • So after some convincing a few gym buddies talked me into going to this club on a Saturday night. They used the words "chill", "fun", "a variety of great music", to get me to go. They told me their favorite DJ was there so they were all excited... I was pretty hopeful that it would be a fun night. I'm not into the club scene, nor electronic music at all so maybe it was my fault for even going there that Maya got 1 star. We got there and people where pretty friendly, Coors light was I think 7 bucks a beer... which i'm sorry, I love Coors light but I know its like 99.8% water, so 7 bucks was pretty redonkulous. I went along with it and at first the music was alright and the scene itself was chill. Around 11 pm everyone crammed themselves on the dance floor and I felt like I was hangin out with Pauly d and the Situation!!! People were literally fist pumping and jumping... I didn't get it. The music was Blaring so much I couldn't even hear myself talk. The laser light started messing with me and I was getting pretty bad anxiety. The breaking point to me is a few different times the security guards thought that had right of way and just started bumping into you and then staring you down afterwards. I was done. My experience lasted maybe a hour and a half. Maybe its my age, but it def was not my scene.
