| - This place has one of the worst staffs I have ever experienced. Their customer service is horrible. I went shopping and then realized what time it was and I asked the guy behind the counter in front at the customer service desk named Troy, to please watch my shopping cart and I'll be back in 10 minutes, he said ok. I problem, I come back 10 minutes later and I asked him where my stuff is and he said "uhhh I don't know I guess they took it back", I said, "what do you mean I just went shopping for over an hour and now I have to go pick up my daughte,r I can't really go re shopping again, I need all my stuff". He shrugs his lazy shoulders says "I don't know" & and goes back to whatever he was doing which was nothing to begin with .
I said "well I need to see a manager because this is just unacceptable, we gotta find my stuff , it was a whole mess of things 8 accumulated for over an hour.
he brings me to a guy named Edwin who stood there,didn't move a muscle when I told him the story and said, " yeah I guess they put the stuff back". Now if I was a manager or even the moron up front who I first approached who was supposed to watch the stuff and then failed,, what I would do is go on the microphone and say over the loudspeaker, " hey anybody who just took any shopping carts to return Throwbacks you guys gotta come up front because we took a customer's stuff by mistake everyone please come up front so she can find her stuff". Would that have been so difficult to do? No it wouldn't have been . I mean it literally was only 10 minutes from the time I left and came back but because they didn't want to be bothered , whether they are just lazy or their brain isn't working properly, idon't know which of those things that is, but those people should not be running a business.
