  • Bought a Groupon for a pottery class for me and the wife. It's a 30 min drive, and we hit construction and showed up at 7:34pm for the 7:30pm class. The lady up front told us to wait, so we stood back and watched the class, until she helped us at 7:40pm..and then told us it was way too late and we couldn't join the class....not very nice and definitely not accommodating. We've joined Calculus 4 courses late and got A's. This was supposed to be a fun night out, not a professional training regimen. 5 minutes late to a pottery class for goodness sake - lighten up. The 5 or 6 minutes we did watch the class, it looked like they were at a funeral... no smiles and no fun at all. We decided we won't return even after paying for the Groupon. The pots made are very small (they had several there we could see), and we read you don't even keep them. So, no thanks - and we wouldn't recommend it to our friends.
