  • The "no bull" returns is smoke in mirrors. Duluth charges a return fee of $7 "if you use the return label", regardless if you send it on your own it is still approximately $7. So, if you were not told they run larger than standard, you will lose $7 in the exchange. Unlike most stores that charge for returns, often there is a brick and mortar store close enough to exchange it in for free. Unless you live near one of the 10 stores in the country, realize your bill will be an additional $7 as you will have to exchange it before you understand even how they come up with their sizes.
