  • Who ever Kendra is who answers the phone when patients call in is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE! The place is for mental health patients if someone calls in to leave a message for a Dr. Then just take down the damn message instead of arguing with the patient! It's not rocket science! Then putting them on hd long enough to hang up as if I'm not going to call my insurance as well as let my Dr. know because I will talk to her. You guys need better phone staff or at least need to have them brush up on phone etiquette!
