  • The WORST hotel I've ever encountered!! Short staff meant no room service for 3 days and the staff then asks me "well what do you want me to clean?!?" Threw my own trash out, had same dirty sheets and towels for 3 days. As if that wasn't enough, I got bit by bed bugs!! We finally had enough and left. Got little compensation but slept with peace of mind in a CLEAN hotel that had plenty of staff on site down the street.
