  • I have gone to Shane Co before to get wedding jewelry and when that jewelry needed to be exchanged they were more than helpful. They took my ring back and helped me pick what was best for me and my budget. They were patient and SO nice. I can't rave enough about how nice everyone is there. When it was time to do the exchange, the manager Derrick aka the "stand in" was so nice and he joked around with us and talked with us while our salesguy Aaron did the paperwork. I will always go back there for all my jewlery as it was affordable and the salespeople were super helpful and friendly. You can't beat that in a jewlery business. You can expect great things when going to Shane Co. They wont dissapoint you!
