  • My wife trusted Premier Dry Cleaning with service of her Wedding Dress and Shoes. They lost the dress for 9 months! Each time we would call or stop in, they would say "we don't know where it is. The owner will call you." The owner, Tim, never returned a phone call, and nobody reached out for 9 months. It was a pathetic display of care and direct reflection of Tim, who I found on facebook where he had no problem posting pictures of him drinking on a boat or going to the movies and responding to comments. After 9 months and making bi-monthly visit's, the dress appeared and we were charged full price. The shoes are still missing and we are going on 11 months will no call from Tim. There are several better Dry Cleaning options in the area. Please support a business that cares about it's clients and actually follows through.
