  • Dr. Veena Alexis and staff provide a service that takes tremendous courage and commitment. Dr. Alexis went above and beyond our expectations. We had contacted Dr Alexis in the morning to come to our house and help Blossom, our 8yr old Boxer. But, we had contacted our oncologist to see if there was any other last ditch options we could take advantage of before having to make the worst decision ever for any pet owner. The oncologist had one last option to try, so we ended up cancelling the appt with Dr Alexis. By the end of the same day, the option the oncologist provided was just not enough to help our beloved Blossom. So, we ended up calling Dr. Alexis BACK and she answered our call for help within two hours of calling her AGAIN. I will always be grateful for Dr. Alexis going above and beyond to help our furry friends/children in their time of need. Myself and my wife were a blubbering mess during the process and even Dr. Alexis shed some tears. This folks, shows that Dr. Alexis is committed and compassionate to helping our furry friends/children even though it is difficult for her as well. This service was SO worth it, it definitely beats the animal hospital setting where it can be difficult for the animal and their owners. Dr. Alexis helped our Boxer, Blossom, to cross over the rainbow bridge after she fought her heart out against her battle with cancer (eff you cancer btw). If the time comes and the heart breaking decision has to be made, just know that there is help available through the services provided by Dr. Alexis and staff at Angel Vet.
