  • Terrible start to finish. Took forever to get the appt to begin with b/c they require an exact date/time your fax was sent and then still can't manage to find it. Appt scheduled for wrong date by STAFF as I am ONLY off on the last Tuesday of the month and would have only scheduled for that day yet when I went in for my appt they told me I was a no show 2 weeks prior. Extremely overcrowded office. Too many Drs practicing in a small area. Receptionist demeaning to older patients in the office and going over medical info that shouldn't be discussed in the waiting room. Talk about HIPPA violations. While waiting in the back patient room for my Dr who was in the next room, I could hear him discussing politics for no less than 40 minutes with his other patient. When he finally came in, he was there less than 5 mins and couldn't have possibly looked over basic info in my chart. Upon checkout and to schedule a procedure, the MA was unable to answer any of my questions and told me to "look it up". I recommend finding another doctor to see if affiliated with this group.
