My hopes were high for this popular buffet, but we were quickly disappointed. We came for brunch on a Saturday so it was very busy. Upon arriving you have to put your name in the kiosk where it prints you a ticket with your wait time. You get the ticket and it says it will text you when to come back. Ten minutes later we got a text and got in line. We waited 50 minutes in line.
We purchased the unlimited beer and wine package. Once seated we asked for drinks and explored the food. Our server never came with the beer. He kept saying he would be back and by then we were full and left wondering where the unlimited was. We asked to cancel and he said it would take two weeks for a refund.
I wish they had pasta options for brunch but didn't find any. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were watery, donuts hard as a rock, along with other breads being hard. A lot of food just wasn't tasting good. I did enjoy the pizza and gnnoci and that was about it. Desserts were way too sweet for my liking.
For me the hype was too out there. Wait times, price, and food do not live up.
